Richard is from Westmoreland, Jamaica and joined the Susquehannock staff in 2022.

He currently attends at The University of the West Indies (Kingston, Jamaica) and is pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management. Throughout his schooling Richard has played Basketball, Cricket and Soccer.
