Audrey Shaw is the Education Lead for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency’s grassroots sports initiative, TrueSport. In her role, she is responsible for educating, promoting, and inspiring the life skills learned through sport participation. Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports & Exercise Science from Seattle University, where she discovered her passion for coaching. Following graduation, she coached women’s Rowing for more than a decade and supported university strength and conditioning programming for a multitude of sports.
In addition to her role with TrueSport, she is also a coach-mentor for the U.S. Soccer Foundation, a facilitator for the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Soccer for Success program, a member of the USA Football Education Advisory Council, and a member of the USA Football Girls in Football Council. She has devoted her career to empowering the next generation of athletes to embrace challenge, lean into discomfort, and choose a high integrity pursuit of excellence.
In her free time, Audrey extends her love of sport into her personal life by participating in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, and spending time outdoors with her dogs and life partner.
