Angel is from the Dominican Republic and joined the Susquehannock staff in 2023.

He graduated as a Civil Engineer from Universidad Dominicana O&M (Santo Domingo, DR). Angel has been playing Baseball his entire life and most recently competed in the Barro Arriba League. He continues to plays Baseball with his friends and also coaches the youth.
